Role Overview

Meeraq is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to lead enterprise client acquisition, build CXO-level relationships, and manage full-cycle B2B sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience selling L&D or upskilling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting.

  • Own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and senior decision-makers.

  • Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of 2-4 Cr (average).

  • Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position Meeraq's solutions effectively.

  • Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure strong client satisfaction.

  • Leverage inbound leads and generate new business through personal networks.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D solutions.

  • Opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities in the future.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.

  • Mandatory: 1-2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D programs.

  • Strong preference for candidates from L&D or HR consulting companies.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills-must represent Meeraq confidently.

  • Proven ability to connect with clients using strong storytelling and value articulation.

  • Stable professional track record.

  • Open to candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore.
