Role Overview
Meeraq is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to lead enterprise client acquisition, build CXO-level relationships, and manage full-cycle B2B sales. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, exceptional communication skills, and experience selling L&D or upskilling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting.
Own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures.
Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and senior decision-makers.
Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of 2-4 Cr (average).
Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position Meeraq's solutions effectively.
Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure strong client satisfaction.
Leverage inbound leads and generate new business through personal networks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D solutions.

Candidate Requirements
5-10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
Mandatory: 1-2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D programs.
Strong preference for candidates from L&D or HR consulting companies.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills-must represent Meeraq confidently.
Proven ability to connect with clients using strong storytelling and value articulation.
Stable professional track record.
Open to candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore.
