Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases.

Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.

Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium.

Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution.

Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports, release notes, and process documentation.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Provide production support for test issues reported by clients.

Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT with 4+ years of experience in QA activities.

Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.

Expertise in manual and automation testing.

Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing.

Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
