Qualification:
Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute is a must
MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I institute is preferred
Experience:
5+ years of total experience in CRM/ Growth/ Marketing roles in a high growth digital environment
Overall experience should be under 10 years
Prior experience in Gaming industry is a plus
Past record of driving growth across customer retention or acquisition in a fast paced environment is a must
Expertise with CRM and marketing tools and in using advance data analytics / tools
Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross functional teams
Key capabilities and other requirements:
Customer lifecycle management
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Implementation expertise
Business strategy
