Position- Robotics Engineer
Focus: Perception, calibration, targeting, path planning, manipulation
What you'll do:-
Own laser targeting pipeline end-to-end (perception planning actuation)
Build robust path planning for uneven and rugged terrain
Work on depth camera perception (RGB-D, stereo, NIR, etc.)
Develop calibration pipelines (camera robot laser ground plane)
Implement plant/weed detection targeting execution
Work on manipulation & motion planning
Improve targeting accuracy under vibration, uneven terrain, motion blur, lighting variation
Build ROS2 nodes for perception & planning
Optimize for real-time performance on onboard compute
Work closely with embedded + mechanical teams
Requirements:
2+ years in robotics / autonomy / perception
Strong C++ and Python
Strong ROS2
Very strong Linux
Experience with depth cameras / 3D perception
Experience with path planning / motion planning
Understanding of robot calibration
Comfortable working with embedded systems
Comfortable debugging hardware + software together
