Job Title: Senior Salesforce FSL Developer ( Team Lead )

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and open for other Genpact locations

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (10-Hour Shift)

Working Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL),

including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder

flows, and integrations.

Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile

workflows, and work orders.

Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate

them into technical specifications.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, especially in the FSL

domain.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Salesforce development experience with a focus on Field Service (FSL).

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.

Hands-on experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations with external systems.

Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant

are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
