Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive who is passionate about offline marketing, brand strategy, and public relations. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth, visibility, and sales performance of our Frozen Foods brand through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing

  • Develop and implement innovative offline marketing campaigns tailored to the F&B industry.

  • Enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth through targeted offline promotions and activities.

End-to-End Marketing Execution

  • Lead the full marketing lifecycle including planning, strategy creation, execution, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Sales Growth Initiatives

  • Identify and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth.

  • Expand the brand's market presence through effective on-ground initiatives.

Relationship & PR Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, magazine editors, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Leverage relationships to generate brand visibility, coverage, and promotional opportunities.

Independent Contributor

  • Operate autonomously and take ownership of all marketing activities without dependency on a large team.

  • Drive initiatives proactively and ensure timely execution.

Industry Networking

  • Utilize existing networks within the F&B sector or build new connections to create opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand growth.

Strategic Thinking

  • Analyze market trends, identify challenges, and develop actionable strategies.

  • Take initiative to seize opportunities and enhance the overall brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing/PR, ideally within the F&B industry.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong personality with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
