Build customer rapports like no one else can pull off: Keep in constant contact with all major stakeholders at the client's end (both business and functional teams) through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetups and reviews.
Create jaw-dropping insights: Be your customers' advocate, leveraging insights to propose innovative route to market strategies that drive Bizom's desired goals.
Master the art of upselling and cross-selling: Create opportunities with customers by understanding their business challenges and goals, all aligned with the route-to-market objectives.
Requirement gathering in a way that nothing is left out: Dive deep into customer expectations, analyze thoroughly, and create compelling BRDs.
Be the finest collaborator: Work closely with all internal departments throughout the entire process to ensure faster go-lives and execution of new initiatives for customers.
