Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced OOH Media Planning & Buying professional responsible for strategic media planning, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and seamless campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OOH advertising, integrated media planning, and vendor network management with the ability to create cost-effective and impactful media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Planning
- Develop comprehensive and cost-effective OOH and integrated media plans aligned with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong understanding of city landscapes and advertising inventory across key markets.
Media Plan Execution
- Ensure timely delivery of media plans and quotations within defined turnaround timelines while maintaining pricing competitiveness.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with OOH and non-OOH media vendors across multiple cities.
- Manage vendor inventory and service quality.
Commercial Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, value additions, credit terms, and discounts to improve campaign profitability.
Vendor Onboarding
- Identify and onboard new vendors and innovative advertising formats across key markets.
Operational Excellence
- Implement standardized vendor and campaign execution processes for smooth operations and documentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, acquisition, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Media Innovation
- Recommend new advertising formats and contribute innovative ideas for BuzzOmni media solutions.
Knowledge Sharing
- Conduct internal sessions to update teams on new media formats, pricing trends, and vendor capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Media Planning & Buying
- Strong exposure to OOH advertising (preferred)
- Extensive vendor network across major cities
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong costing expertise
