Requirement: Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Bhartiya City, Bangalore

Exp-8+ Years(Rel-5+ Years in Salesforce), Check Lead Exp. Which is mandatory.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with Salesforce.com platform with minimum 5+ years developing on the platform with hands on development knowledge of Platform App Builder, Sales & Service Clouds, custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), batch and real-time integrations. Minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong Experience in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security models, and integration patterns.

Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and migrations.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript and other Salesforce development tools.

Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices.
