Position Title: Senior Product Designer - Individual Contributor
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 5 -7 years (preferred)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives that drive impactful user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centric design, human factors, and usability engineering, combined with strong execution skills to bring product vision to life. As an individual contributor, you will be hands-on in design delivery, influencing design direction, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, cohesive, and visually compelling digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the UX vision across one or more products, with a clear roadmap for iterative and evolutionary enhancements aligned to business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to implement cohesive, inclusive, and data-informed design solutions.
Take ownership of design execution-from interaction flows to visual details-ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Partner with UX researchers when needed to initiate or support user research, gather insights, and validate design hypotheses.
Leverage and evolve the Design System thoughtfully by proposing new components based on emerging business needs and user feedback.
Champion usability and accessibility standards, ensuring that products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective.
Advocate for and establish best practices in design workflows, documentation, and change management throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably with SaaS or enterprise-grade digital products.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end product design with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world impact.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines.
Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective developer collaboration.
Experience designing for complex workflows, B2B or enterprise software.
Exposure to analytics tools to inform data-driven design decisions.
