Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Generalist with a strong Talent Acquisition focus to be the first point of contact and brand ambassador for InMuto Consulting. This role is pivotal in shaping how prospective employees experience our organization-from the first conversation to onboarding.

You will independently drive hiring efforts, represent InMuto across campuses and talent forums, and build a strong employer brand for our House of Brands. The role blends recruitment excellence with hands-on HR operations and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Hiring (Primary - ~80%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles-from sourcing and HR screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closures.
  • Proactively map competitor talent, build pipelines, and source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and recruitment partners.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders.Own hiring timelines, proactively close positions, and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.

Campus Hiring & Employer Representation

  • Independently lead campus recruitment initiatives, including pre-placement talks, virtual and on-campus drives.

  • Act as the face of InMuto for students, candidates, and external stakeholders-confidently representing culture, values, and growth story.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and external recruiters.



Employer Branding

  • Position InMuto as a compelling employer of choice and a House of Brands (Meeraq, Coach-to-Transformation, BlueSkyCSR).

  • Ensure strong brand recall through consistent candidate experience, communication, and engagement across touchpoints.

  • Partner with internal teams to showcase culture, learning opportunities, and growth pathways.



Data, Reporting & Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data, trackers, and dashboards.

  • Ensure data integrity across recruitment and onboarding stages.

  • Provide insights and reports to leadership on hiring progress and trends.



Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, including offer issuance, documentation, verification, HRMS updates, and onboarding sessions.

  • Administer HRMS (Keka) for employee records, onboarding workflows, and policy implementation.

  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and smooth employee joining experiences.

  • Support all HR operational work for onsite and remote employees.



Employee Communication & Engagement

  • Draft and circulate HR communications clearly and professionally.

  • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and connection.

  • Maintain employee records and provide operational HR support as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and onboarding.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple hiring roles end-to-end.

  • Strong experience with active sourcing and stakeholder coordination.

  • Working knowledge of HRMS platforms; Keka experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and professional influencing skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand business needs, adapt to change, and take initiative.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Expert in using recruitment sourcing platforms
