1. Upgrading 2012 R2 Domain Controllers to 2019 Domain Controllers.

2. Collecting Domain Controller info like roles, specification(RAM,CPU, Disk), Certificate Details, dependency check using DNS logs and Wireshark logs.

3. Raising request for Hostname and Ip reservation.

4. Raising Token request for Shell creation.

5. Raising VIS request for Shell creation.

6. Building servers post Shell creation(Process to be followed)

7. Raising Standard change for DC Promotion.

8. Raising Replacement change for 2012 R2 DC's with 2019 DC's.

9. Attending change meeting to get relevant approval.

10. Sending communication mail to stake holders regarding the change.

11. Sending Communication to Hosting team for shell renaming.

12. Raising Change for Demotion of Legacy servers after 4 weeks of replacement.

13. Raising Decommission request for Legacy servers post 4 weeks of demotion.

14. Sending Latest Summary to Team Lead.

15. Identifying Redundant Domain Controller and taking specific action by Discussing with Domain Lead.
