  3. Access Management - Granting Access, Validation, Reset, etc.
  4. Problem Management - Resolve Known issues (functional and infra related)
  5. Change Management - Execute Production changes related to Image / Incident / Problem
  6. VDI Performance reporting, capacity Management
  7. Health Checks of Infra (Citrix, HyperV, VMWare, Desktop and Server OS)
  8. VCenter / Vsphere Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Report generations
  9. HyperV Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Report generations
  10. OS Image Creation, troubleshooting
  11. Citrix Xendesktop / Xenapp - Desktop and Application management, publishing apps and troubleshooting
  12. Citrix Xendesktop connection issue monitoring, reporting
  13. Citrix Applayering - Image / app layer creation, troubleshooting
  14. AWS VDI management (Image / application / security, Monitoring, and troubleshooting)
