Role Overview
The ServiceNow GRC Developer is responsible for implementing and customizing ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications to automate governance, compliance, audit, and risk management processes. The developer collaborates with stakeholders, security teams, compliance teams, and IT teams to build scalable and efficient risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions
- Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Create integrations with third-party security and compliance tools
- Customize ServiceNow forms, portals, dashboards, and reports
- Implement automated risk assessment and compliance processes
- Support policy lifecycle management
- Configure issue management and remediation workflows
- Maintain CMDB and data relationships relevant to GRC
- Develop catalog items and Flow Designer automations
- Troubleshoot platform and application issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities
- Prepare technical documentation and solution designs
- Ensure platform best practices and security standards are followed
