Location: PAN India (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Noida, Indore, Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP and Oracle licensing compliance and governance
- Interpret licensing agreements, contracts, and usage metrics
- Perform internal license audits and support external/vendor audits
- Monitor software usage and recommend optimization strategies
- Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate license inventory and entitlement records
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and legal teams
- Support vendor discussions and negotiations with relevant data insights
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SAP Licensing (Named Users, Engines, Indirect/Digital Access)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Licensing (Processor, NUP, ULA, etc.)
- Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Understanding of licensing audits and compliance processes
