Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Solution Architects with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
We are looking to onboard 2 3 highly skilled professionals, depending on the quality of profiles. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and SACM domains
• Lead architecture discussions and provide strategic direction for enterprise IT solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Define best practices, frameworks, and governance models for service management
• Drive automation and optimization initiatives within IT operations
• Ensure CMDB health, data integrity, and effective configuration management practices
• Work closely with development, operations, and business teams for seamless delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client presentations

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and SACM frameworks
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools)
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
• Knowledge of CMDB, discovery tools, and asset management practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
