We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance for business-critical Salesforce applications. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on automation expertise (Python & Selenium), Salesforce testing knowledge, and people leadership skills to ensure high-quality delivery across complex systems and integrations.Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across multiple programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business and regulatory expectations.
• Lead QA demand and capacity planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and team capability development.
• Mentor and manage a team of QA and automation engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive test automation strategy, standards, and adoption across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and Agile teams to:
  • Refine requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure testability and automation readiness
  • Provide early feedback on design and architecture
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across:
  • Salesforce (UI, workflows, business logic, security)
  • APIs and downstream systems
  • Regression, smoke, sanity, and release testing
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.
• Define and track QA metrics and KPIs (defect leakage, automation coverage, cycle time, stability).
• Drive innovation by introducing new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) for advanced testing approaches and automation accelerators.
• Establish QA standards, documentation, and best practices across teams.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders on quality metrics, risks, and progress.
• Define and execute the QA roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of QA experience, with significant leadership exposure.
• Strong experience in Agile testing methodologies and QA strategy.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Python-based automation frameworks (PyTest, Behave/BDD)
  • Selenium WebDriver for UI automation
  • API testing (REST/SOAP, JSON, OAuth)
• Proven experience in Salesforce testing, including:
  • Custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security models
  • Integration testing with external systems
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Expertise in parallel execution frameworks (Selenium Grid or cloud-based solutions).
• Strong understanding of QA metrics, reporting, and quality governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex programs with minimal supervision.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Playwright for modern UI automation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled QA capabilities, including:
  • AI-assisted test generation and execution
  • Self-healing automation frameworks
  • Intelligent failure analysis
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques for:
  • Test case prioritization
  • Risk-based testing
  • Defect prediction and trend analysis
• Strong knowledge of:
  • API Management
  • API Definitions and governance
  • Azure App Services
• Experience in large-scale, high-availability enterprise environments.
