Principal Automation Lead – Powershell Mandatory
Location: Devanahalli - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Timings: 02:00PM IST to 11:00PM IST
Salary : 25 - 35 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
Required Technical Skills:
PowerShell (advanced) and strong scripting experience
MS SQL (handson, operational and automation use cases)
ObjectOriented Programming (Java, C#, Python, or similar)
Experience building automation frameworks / platforms, not just scripts
Web development experience using React (or similar modern JS frameworks) for
operational UIs, dashboards, control panels, or admin tooling
Understanding of APIdriven architectures (REST/JSON), service integration, and
backendtofrontend interaction
Exposure to AI/ML concepts applied to operational automation (e.g., anomaly
detection, validation intelligence)
Strong understanding of CI/CD, release automation, and infrastructure orchestration
Experience automating enterprise upgrades or complex SaaS platforms (AWS)
Experience with containerization using Docker and deploying automation components
in containerbased environments
Handson experience with ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift on AWS) or OpenShiftbased
platforms for enterprise SaaS deployments
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement endtoend automation for FPM upgrades (prechecks,
execution, validation, rollback).
Develop PowerShell and scriptingbased automation to orchestrate deployments,
configuration changes, and environment readiness – 1 touch upgrades and installation
heavily removing manual dependencies
Automate databaserelated activities MS SQL (schema validation, data checks,
performance baselining).
Build reusable, objectoriented automation components and libraries to support scale
and repeatability.
Integrate AI/ML models where applicable (e.g., anomaly detection, failure prediction,
intelligent validation).
Collaborate with Delivery, Dev, and Infrastructure teams to embed automation into the
release and upgrade lifecycle.
Reduce manual effort, cycle time, and risk across customer upgrades through
automation and standardization.
Nice to Have:
Background in aviation systems, missioncritical platforms, or regulated environments
Familiarity with virtualized environments, performance tuning, and resiliency
automation
