Job Description:
• Hands-on experience with Splunk — building queries, dashboards, and alerts for application monitoring and log analysis.
• Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL queries for investigation, reporting, and data validation.
• Experience working with Docker containerized applications — deploying, debugging, and managing containers.
• Strong Linux command-line proficiency; experience with system administration, log analysis, process management, shell scripting, and troubleshooting in Linux-based production environments.
• Proven ability to lead and drive incident bridge calls, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation and responding to high-priority alerts outside business hours.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documenting post-incident findings to prevent recurrence.
• Ability to build and maintain proactive monitoring dashboards and alerts to detect anomalies before they impact end users.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams — including Database, SAP, and Reconciliation teams — to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-system issues.
• Strong documentation skills — maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and incident logs for knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
