Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support month end closing and reporting activities.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and related activities.
- Assist with Fixed Assets (FA) and Lease accounting processes.
- Provide audit support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance value delivery.
- Document processes and provide clear communication on risks/issues.
=9 Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Expertise in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, trial balance, and month end reporting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and establish strong client relationships.
=9 Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of current technologies in RTR domain.
- Understanding of RPA tools for automation.
- Familiarity with intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing policies, and dispute resolution procedures.
- Adaptability, problem solving, and detail orientation.
