Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Planning
• Define end to end QA strategy for Salesforce projects (Scrum/Agile/DevOps models).
• Create test plans, test estimations, effort sizing, and QA schedules.
• Identify scope for functional, regression, integration, UAT,
• Define entry/exit criteria, risk-based testing, and coverage metrics.
2. Test Execution Management
• Lead QA team across onsite/offshore model (manual + automation).
• Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and release readiness.
• Drive day-to-day execution, defect triage, and test progress reporting.
