Job Description:

Must-Have
" Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and outages
" Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
" Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
" Maintain and Hardware refresh network infrastructure
" Monitor network health, analyze logs, and proactively prevent issues
" Execute changes, patching, and firmware upgrades
" Support WAN/MPLS/Internet connectivity issues
" Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN network architecture
" Configure and manage routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
" Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues
" Lead network migrations, device replacements, and upgrades
" Collaborate with security, server, and cloud teams for infrastructure integration
" Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers
" Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
" Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors

Good-to-Have
" Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP )
" Experience with SD-WAN / ACI / Nexus
" Sound knowledge of ITIL 4 and Agile Methodologies
" Familiarity working with SNOW as end user.
" Experience in preparing documentations and SOPs.
