Job Description:
" Key Responsibilities
" Independently Lead process workstreams across multiple supply chain domains, including planning, logistics, sourcing, and fulfillment.
" Assess client supply chain maturity and identify improvement opportunities through diagnostics and stakeholder engagement.
" Design future-state supply chain processes that align with business goals and enable technology transformation.
" Collaborate with solution and technical teams to ensure alignment between process and system design.
" Support change management activities to promote adoption of new processes and ways of working.
" Additional Responsibilities
" Contribute to internal accelerators, frameworks, and delivery assets.
" Monitor industry trends and translate into actionable insight for clients and internal stakeholders.
" Support sales pursuits by contributing to solution design, RFP responses and proposals.
" Collaborate across consulting, OCM, and technology teams to shape cohesive client solutions.
" Contribute to Thought Leadership
" Collaborate with global project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and timelines.
" Qualifications & Experience
" Years of experience in relevant consulting and/or supply chain management roles
" Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
" Strong knowledge across multiple supply chain domains: demand/supply planning, logistics, fulfillment, sourcing, and S&OP.
" Familiarity with digital supply chain tools and large system implementations (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle).
" Consulting background, preferably with Big 4 or boutique supply chain firms.
" Experience working in cross-functional, global teams with diverse stakeholders.
" Skills & Competencies
" Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
" Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
" Structured problem-solving with comfort in ambiguous environments.
" High degree of collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
" Organizational and project management strength.
" Strong demonstrated ability to leverage AI for analysis, productivity, and problem solving.
" Travel Requirement
" Regular onsite presence at client sites in Mumbai required (Mumbai based role). Additional travel may be required for global client workshops, meetings, etc.
