Job Description:

Installation and configuration of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other software in Windows 10/11 platform, Troubleshooting of local area network and wi-fi networks, Monitoring of Internet Lease Line links and PRI line link to ensure highest availbility, Installation, and updation of Antivirus(Cloudstrik/Mcafee), Bitlocker encryption
Understanding Windows Active Directory (User and Group Policy management), Sound knowledge of MS Office 365 (instalation and backup/archive of mails to PST), Understanding of configuration email on Mobile (Android/Apple)
Good understanding of MS Teams, Zoom etc. for web conferencing, Good understanding of connecting laptops to TV or projector using HDMI and Barco Click Share
Installation of network printer and basic troubleshooting like recover the paper jam or replacement of the toner cartridges
Experienced in performing OS upgrades, installation of patch hotfix as part of periodic maintenance and Vulnerability Remediation program
Understanding of Monitor the performance of a company's IT infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency, Understanding of IT Ticketing Tools
Good communication skills
Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work well with different teams with minimal supervision
Maintain relation with all stake holder in order to achieve goals within the framework
