Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support Software Asset Management (SAM) and SAM Pro modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, asset tracking, and optimization processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ServiceNow applications.
- Prepare documentation and deliver user training sessions.

- Strong hands on expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and SAM Pro.
