Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITBM and PPM modules.
- Design and implement system integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize project and portfolio management.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new ITBM/PPM features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITBM and PPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Solid understanding of project and portfolio management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
