Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, CSM, and ITSM domains.
- Define and implement platform architecture, integrations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators.
- Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and emerging modules to leverage new capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management).
- Solid understanding of IT architecture, integrations, and APIs.
- Experience in workflow design, scripting, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS/Architect certifications.
- Exposure to ITOM, GRC, or Vendor Risk modules.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
