Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow TPRM solutions aligned with organizational risk management frameworks.
- Conduct business analysis and process mapping to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Define and document user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance, governance, and operational needs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure integration of TPRM with other ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices in risk management.
=9 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow TPRM module.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process analysis, and requirement gathering.
- Ability to create and manage user stories, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to GRC, Vendor Risk, or ITSM modules.
- Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
