Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise storage and backup systems across multiple vendors.
- Manage and optimize storage technologies including NetApp, Dell, Pure.
- Provide support for backup solutions such as Cohesity and Networker.
- Ensure data protection, backup, and recovery processes are reliable and efficient.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain system stability and performance.
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in multi vendor storage and backup systems.
- Proficiency in NetApp, Dell, Pure storage platforms.
- Hands on experience with Cohesity and Networker backup systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data protection and recovery processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a global 24×7 operations environment.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to EMC Storage Platform.
- Experience in large scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
