Job Description:
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle (HCM) Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle HCM Advanced Controls (AACG / Risk Management Cloud).
• Strong understanding of: Segregation of Duties (SoD), Risk & Compliance frameworks (SOX preferred), Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Experience in: Risk model creation, Control library configuration, Access certification processes, Security role design & provisioning
• Experience in data security policies and security console configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
