Job Description: QA Engineer
The QA Lead defines and governs the testing strategy, ensuring functional correctness, security compliance, and production readiness. The QA Lead coordinates UAT and leverages Al-assisted test generation to optimize coverage and reduce manual overhead. Key Responsibilities
Define overall test strategy (functional, regression, security, UAT)
Ensure coverage for identity, entitlement, impersonation, and audit flows
Plan and coordinate UAT execution with business stakeholders
Oversee defect triage and remediation workflows
Leverage Al-generated test artifacts and validate relevance
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
Sign off on production readiness
Required Skills & Experience
Strong QA leadership experience in enterprise applications
Test strategy and governance expertise
Experience testing identity, RBAC, and security-sensitive systems
UAT coordination and stakeholder engagement
Experience using Al-assisted testing tools or approaches
Desirable Skills
Exposure to financial or compliance-driven systems
Knowledge of CI/CD-integrated test execution
Security and penetration testing awareness
