| • Account Opening & Maintenance: Facilitate the efficient onboarding of new clients by collecting and verifying required documentation, conducting due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Accurately set up and maintain client accounts, including updating account information and handling account transfers. • Account Transfers: Manage the seamless transfer of client accounts from other financial institutions, coordinating with custodians and ensuring the accurate transfer of assets, positions, and account details. • Move Money Transactions: Process client requests for fund transfers, withdrawals, and deposits, verifying transaction details, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely execution. • Miscellaneous Client Servicing: Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties as necessary to facilitate client requests. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and audit trails. • Data Entry and Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain client information, account details, and transaction records in various systems and databases. Perform regular reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity. • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to account activity, client transactions, and operational metrics. Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including advisors, compliance, trading, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client requests and operational processes. |
