Job Title: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to design, develop, and implement planning and forecasting solutions using SAC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, data modeling, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement planning models, stories, and applications in SAC
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning solutions
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAC solutions
• Build and maintain data models (import/live) and planning structures
• Configure data actions, allocations, and business rules
• Develop dashboards and reports for planning and analytics
• Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW, or other data sources
• Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy
• Support testing, deployment, and user training
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Strong experience in SAC Planning (not just BI/Reporting)
• Expertise in:
  • Data modeling
  • Data actions & allocations
  • Story design (Canvas & Responsive)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or BW/4HANA integration
• Knowledge of financial planning processes (FP&A)
• Strong understanding of ETL and data integration concepts
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
• Knowledge of Advanced Formulas in SAC
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript in SAC Analytics Designer)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
