Senior BI + Analytics

Role: Senior BI + Analytics Hybrid (Analytics Lead / Analytics Manager)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Hours: IST
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)

A person who can:

• Build enterprise ready dashboards
• Design data models and semantic layers
• Own data quality and governance
• Perform exploratory analysis and answer business
• Do light predictive analytics when needed
• Partner with IT, product, and operations
• Set the analytics roadmap for the organization

Core Skills (Must Have)

• Tableau (or Power BI)
• SQL (strong)
• Data modeling (star schema, semantic models)
• ETL/ELT experience
• Business requirements gathering
• KPI design and metric definitions
• Exploratory data analysis
• Strong communication and storytelling

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)

• Python for analytics
• Forecasting / light ML
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS
• Data governance frameworks
• Experience building an analytics function from scratch
