Location: India (100% Remote)

Job Summary:
• We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Platform Engineer who has built applications from scratch, led small teams (2–5 engineers), and delivered at scale.
• This is a tactical role for someone who thrives in execution, problem-solving, and guiding teams through the full SDLC.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (2–5 engineers).
• Build and scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular.
• Design event-driven systems with Apache Kafka.
• Develop secure, high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Architect and deploy solutions on Azure (primary) and AWS.
• Drive DevOps practices: CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, incident management.
• Integrate AI workflows into the SDLC for faster delivery.
• Act as the tactical fixer — resolving bottlenecks and ensuring stability.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience, including building at least one application end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Kafka, DevOps.
• Proven cloud experience with Azure (certification mandatory); AWS preferred.
• Hands-on leadership of small engineering teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• AWS certification.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations or workflow automation.
• Exposure to GovTech, RegTech, ConstructionTech, or compliance platforms.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
