This position will focus heavily on contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire positions in the Information Technology and Engineering fields. Responsibility will include the entire recruiting cycle and talent management before and after hire.

- Source, qualify and screen candidates
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed
- Apply AI and new techniques to source, engage and qualify talent
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Negotiate offers, and onboard candidates
- Handle all paperwork throughout the process as necessary
- Manage and maintain candidate and client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum four years plus of technical recruiting experience
- Extensive sourcing background using internet, social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals
- Proficient with an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Be dedicated, creative, and willing to learn and grow
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Must be metrics-driven to meet or exceed targets
- Proven track record of delivery
