We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant to lead the design and implementation of OTM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end to end architecture, integration strategies, and logistics processes. This role requires a strong technical background in OTM, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define end to end architecture for Oracle OTM implementations and enhancements.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and integration strategy discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business and logistics requirements into scalable OTM solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide architectural oversight for OTM configurations, customizations, and extensions, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Design and govern integrations between OTM and ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS/Fusion, utilizing various middleware technologies.
- Strong hands on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Proficient in Oracle Transportation Management data models, business process automation, and agents.
- Experience with OTM integrations using Rest and SOAP service, XML, BIP, and middleware technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft.
- Solid understanding of Logistics in Construction Industry, transportation, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes.
- Experience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS R12 EAM / Oracle Fusion Distribution and third party systems.
- Strong knowledge of OTM configuration, customization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools related to transportation management.
- Knowledge of additional ERP systems and their integration with OTM.
