Mandatory Skill:-
• Hands on ServiceNow development experience, ideally 3+ years.
• Strong experience with HRSD module, including HR services, case management, COEs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow core components:
o Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
o UI Actions / UI Policies
o Flow Designer & (legacy) workflows
o ACLs, notifications, reports & dashboards
• Test automation experience with ServiceNow ATF (designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests).
• Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams.
