Job Summary:
This role is for a remote Contractor to manage global compliance training programs, overseeing their deployment, administration, and tracking. Job Summary:
This role is for a remote Contractor to manage global compliance training programs, overseeing their deployment, administration, and tracking. The individual will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure workforce education on company policies and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include LMS management, vendor partnership, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer global compliance and ethics training programs for employees and contractors.
- Manage training assignments, exceptions, and completion tracking within the LMS.
- Collaborate with external training vendors to customize and deploy third-party content.
- Liaise with Legal, Privacy, and other stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure alignment.
- Track training completion, manage follow-ups, and provide compliance reporting to leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance training or a related field.
- Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System.
- Proven ability to manage third-party training content and vendors.
