Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
- Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provide expertise in application programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals.
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard the firm, its clients, and assets, ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policies, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis roles.
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Full Stack Applications Development.
- Expertise in Agile software methodology using JIRA.
- Experience preparing software design artifacts including architecture, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
- 8+ years of expertise in application design and development.
- Back-end technologies including Spring, Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate.
- Design patterns including Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Front-end technologies including JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of Angular 13+ or React and Webpack.
- Source control management using GIT or Bitbucket.
- Database technologies including Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
- MongoDB experience is desired.
- Testing frameworks including JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine, or Mocha.
- Experience in performance tuning and issue analysis using tools such as JProfiler or AppDynamics.
- Experience performing effective code and design reviews.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
