About The Job:

  • Over seven years of experience in supply chain planning, including Mastero systems implementation.
  • Kinaxis Architect drives large-scale supply chain transformations by designing, configuring, and deploying Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro solutions.
  • Responsible for blueprint workshops, dashboards, algorithms, and integration with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead technical design initiatives.
  • Experience of 8–20 years in supply chain planning with strong RapidResponse expertise.
  • Proficient in Kinaxis workbooks, automations, customizations, and closed-loop processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Essential Job Functions:
Solution Design.

  • Create and lead end-to-end design of Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro applications for demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications and drive solution design for client industry.
  • Contribute to design workshops on planning and system capabilities.
  • Develop technical specifications using Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP planning platforms.
  • Work across modules such as Supply, Demand, Aggregate Supply, Capacity, and S&OP Planning.
  • Define scope and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
Configuration and Optimization.
  • Perform advanced authoring including dashboards, workbooks, scenarios, and workflows.
  • Support system configuration, data validation, and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
  • Advocate adoption of Maestro Planning processes.
  • Provide user support during testing, launch, and stabilization.
  • Support post-launch updates with IT and business teams.
Stakeholder and SME Responsibilities.
  • Serve as Kinaxis subject matter expert and primary contact.
  • Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
  • Audit SCJ NA and LATAM implementations and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and CoE for complex enhancements.

Qualifications:
Domain Expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
Certifications.
  • Active Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring certifications preferred.
  • Advanced Kinaxis Authoring Level 2 or Level 3 and Solution Architect certifications.
Education.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
