About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI).
- Strong technical ownership of inventory-centric backend services.
- Integration with OSS/BSS systems and leadership in delivering scalable, high-availability inventory solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and lead Java Spring Boot–based microservices supporting Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI).
- Own inventory service design including resource, service, and relationship modeling aligned with EAI standards.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services for OSS/BSS and upstream and downstream systems.
- Implement scalable and resilient architectures using microservices and event-driven patterns.
- Support inventory data ingestion, reconciliation, synchronization, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, network teams, and vendors.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Lead production support activities, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Technical Skills.
- 10+ years of experience in Core Java and enterprise backend development.
- Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and Git.
- Ericsson Adaptive Inventory Exposure.
- Hands-on experience with network and resource inventory concepts.
- Knowledge of logical and physical resource modeling and inventory lifecycle.
- Experience integrating with fulfilment, assurance systems, and network discovery flows.
- Understanding of telecom domains such as transport, IP, access, and services.
- Messaging platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- API management platforms.
- Observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Cloud exposure including AWS or Azure.
- Experience in telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading technical modules or teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Mentoring and leadership mindset.
