About The Job:
- Support and address general escalations hitting the TechOps-domain.
- Focus on escalations that are not major incidents or system outages.
- Exp :- 5 - 9 yr.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure that for any escalation addressed through intake channels such as SPC-escalation, email, chat, or hotline, the correct escalation path is identified.
- Follow the escalation path until a responsible owner is identified who drives the issue technically.
- Follow up on ongoing escalations to ensure additional support from other teams is provided.
- Ensure overall progress is maintained for all escalations.
- Centrally document all escalations addressed for future analysis and identification of escalation hotspots.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage and coordinate escalations across teams.
- Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
- Capability to work in cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
