About The Job:
- Manage the end-to-end Vendor Change Notification (VCN) process, ensuring timely processing and assessment of all requests to prevent disruptions to supply chain lead times.
- Lead clear and concise communication to internal and external Quality stakeholders regarding VCNs and their specific impacts on supplier quality operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional impact evaluations with departments such as MSAT, QC, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement to identify and manage technical and operational risks.
- Drive the implementation of global actions resulting from VCNs, ensuring updates to quality systems, processes, and specifications are completed with high accuracy.
- Oversee global coordination to ensure Lonza sites execute assigned local implementation actions within target lead times.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate and optimize global tools (SAP/VSCI, DMS, TrackWise) to facilitate lean activities and maintain data integrity in accordance with cGMP and FDA regulations.
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for the VCN process during regulatory inspections and internal audits.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators, proactively highlighting risks, delays, or compliance concerns to management.
- Maintain compliant supplier and material documentation, ensuring traceability within Quality Management System.
- Support continuous improvement of the Raw Material Quality System by updating procedures and specifications affected by supplier-driven changes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline with significant experience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to evaluate impact of complex technical changes in a GxP environment.
- Expertise in cGMP regulations and deep understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills to align multiple global sites and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SAP, TrackWise, and Document Management Systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional global organization.
- Experience- 5+yrs.
