Qualifications:
- Required Technical Skill Set Python, GenAI, LLM, RAG Framework, Python web framework (Flask/FAST)
- Desired Experience Range 8-10 Yrs
Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generative AI development.
- Designing, developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing techniques such as GPT, VAE, GANs & LLMs.
- RAG framework to add context
- Prompt engineering
- Understanding robust Gen AI/LLM frameworks like Langchain to build the model and experience using robust Gen AI/LLM frameworks like Langchain to build the model.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them
- Experience in Python programming to interact with LLM using API key and use proper prompt to generate desired response
- Knowledge in Python web framework (Flask/FAST)
- Good communication and analytical skills and aspirations for adapting to new technologies. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Good to have:
