Qualifications:
Must Have:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with precise written documentation.
  • Experience auditing ticket quality, call, chat, email interactions, and knowledge base or article effectiveness.
  • Ability to identify and diagnose issues, categorize and record deviations, and advise on corrective actions.
  • Problem-solving with a coaching mindset and collaboration with Leads to improve upskilling and productivity.
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to work with minimum supervision and quick learning capability.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills for calibration and stakeholder consensus.
  • Technical and system expertise including networking, Active Directory, and DNS.
  • Identify and diagnose issues and problems.
  • Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
  • Support problem identification and advise users on appropriate course of action.
  • Monitor issues from start to resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support when required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Groom team members to influence upskilling and productivity.
Good-to-Have
  • Well organized with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision and quick learning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing or operating a QA framework including scorecards, rubrics, sampling plans, and calibration sessions.
  • Experience with learning management systems, train-the-trainer programs, onboarding bootcamps, and refresher programs.
