Supplier QAA and Complaints

About The Job:

• Manage end-to-end QAA establishment including authoring, revision, and routing for signatures for Global Lonza suppliers and Supplier Commitment Letters.
• Apply analytical and technical logic to determine necessary supplier onboarding and change actions.
• Factor in supplier history and audit outcomes while making decisions.
• Execute supplier qualification activities derived from global processes and Health Authority expectations.
• Operate global systems and tools including SAP, DMS, and TrackWise to ensure data integrity.

Essential Job Functions:

• Run the Vendor Supply Chain Integrity tool within SAP to analyze supplier information.
• Support decision-making related to quality contracts.
• Manage and process supplier complaints and connect investigations to supplier performance.
• Assess impact of supplier issues on overall supplier status.
• Apply negotiation skills when discussing CAPAs with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of processes and elimination of redundancies.
• Meet tight timelines for deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, specifications, FDA guidelines, and cGMP/cGDP regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP/cGDP requirements and ISO standards.
• Proven experience in supplier qualification and monitoring in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and technical mindset.
• Ability to apply business logic to complex supplier data.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to make risk-based decisions independently.
• Proficiency in SAP, Document Management Systems, and TrackWise.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with ability to maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Experience- 5+yrs.
