About The Job:

  • Required Technical Skill Set Experience in inbound customer service environment or Service Desk.
  • Desired Experience Range 2 to 5 years.

Essential Job Functions:

  • This role will provide critical support to a newly implemented system.
  • Provide support to system users and HR support teams.
  • Test and improve HR Service Centre processes and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Provide 1st level support via email, voice, SuccessFactors tool and mobile application.
  • 24x7 operations.
  • Resolve or assign HR administration issues raised by internal staff.
  • Support in creating or amending contracts such as joining, internal job postings and mobility.
  • Support in creating or amending positions on the portal.
  • Support in generating country level HR reports.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per escalation matrix.
  • Follow up with departments and customers across global locations to ensure resolution.
  • Call back customers to update status of queries.
  • Update CRM and tracking tools to record customer interactions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with staff and HR teams.
  • Support pre recruitment arrangements including application sorting and shortlisting.
  • Support pre appointment screening of staff globally.

Qualifications:
Must-Have.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or other customer support role.
  • Problem solving skills are associated with an HR Administrative environment.
  • The HR helpdesk administrator will be the first point of contact for users of the new SuccessFactors HR system.
  • Work as a conduit between employees, managers, Local HR and HR systems teams to ensure enquiries are managed effectively.

  • Good understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
