About The Job:

• Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical).

Essential Job Functions:

• The Sales Engineer – Distribution will be responsible for managing and growing sales through distributor and channel partners.
• The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely collections.
• The position focuses on maintaining strong distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting overall distribution business growth across assigned regions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in the distribution segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Support channel expansion and business development activities in assigned regions.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills and Experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in distribution sales.
• Exposure to industries such as Cement, Steel, or General Industries.
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Strong coordination and customer management skills.
