Developer III - Software Engineering

About The Job:

• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Service Management and system integrations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Strong focus on ITSM modules and integration with third-party systems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Platform Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Workflow Automation: Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
• Integration Development: Build and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and APIs.
• CMDB Management: Optimize and maintain Configuration Management Database ensuring accurate asset and service data.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades and patch management, and support end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Required Skills.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Glide scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
• Integration experience using REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
